Founded in 2004 in Chicago, USA, FLEx was created as the Film Lighting Experts. The initial technology was built by converting xenon light bulbs, fiber optics and plastic film into a much more compact system of LEDs and optical film.
Years of lightguide research and product developments since have helped FLEx become the market leader in illuminated films in electronics and signage.
FLEx’s management and technical team brings over 50 years of experience in product development, specialty optics design, and high growth enterprises. We continue to expand our team by adding only the highest quality people.
